Taxation Without Representation and Judicial Corruption Have Returned

It has come to the attention of several citizens of Florida that their state court system, state Bar and Judicial Qualifications Commission are a Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organization(RICO) and have implemented unconstitutional policies, customs and usages, along with other forms of state action and crimes. Whether by self-representations or through hiring private attorneys or public defenders or through acts of state prosecutors in various court cases such has cost many citizens injury and has wasted their hard earned tax dollars financially, materially, emotionally and physically.

Concerning the jurisdictions of the 6th Circuit Court for Pinellas County, 2nd District Court of Appeals and Florida Supreme Court, agendas are set then cases are fixed leaving citizens as victims of injustice and crimes with no recourse. This is because the attorneys in fear or for favor follow and adhere to the judicial agendas selling out their clients or depriving any person or client of their full rights by means of perjury, fraud and deceit, or worst, by the judges, attorneys, public defenders and prosecutors being clearly incompetent to their expected duties.

Complaints are of no effect against these judges and lawyers to the Florida Bar and Judicial Qualifications Commission for these entities who supervise them have accepted the judicial agendas making mockery of almost all such grievances by dismissing them or giving public warnings to the judge or lawyer where such lawyer or judge should be criminally prosecuted, but the law enforcement agencies and state prosecutors avoid such investigations and prosecutions as they also submit to the agendas in fear or for favor or as a matter of camaraderie.

The matters in a court case are not what the law books say or factual evidence reveal, but what is the present agenda set by the judges of the judicial branch as they are above the law and facts.

There is an abundance of evidence proving this corruption in this state back to the early 1970’s. This above the law mentality is known as the good old boys system/network here in Florida or, even worst, a Kleptocracy.
